Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the OutThread website and application (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the terms, then You may not access the Service.

2. Operator Status

The Service is operated solely by an individual. It is not a full public business service. There is no registered business entity and no Value-Added Tax (VAT) is collected or applicable.

3. Service Availability and Test Mode

The Service is provided completely free of charge and is currently in a test mode (beta) phase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Data Volatility: Because the Service is in test mode, all data—including user accounts, projects, mindmaps, chats, and configurations—might be wiped or permanently deleted at any time without prior confirmation or notice. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of any important information elsewhere.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with external AI models and agents. You acknowledge that:

  • Router or external API keys supplied by You or the Service are required to interact with external AI models for chat functionality and the "decompose" feature.
  • API keys generated within the app are strictly used by Your private agents to facilitate Your workflows.
  • All keys are stored encrypted, but We are not liable for any third-party breaches or unauthorized access to external accounts linked via these keys.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
